About KOGC

At KOGC, we are dedicated to spreading the love and teachings of Jesus Christ to our community and beyond, our Mission being  

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you [Matthew 6:33]

Established in NY in 2023, KOGC currently houses a small gathering of Christian believers with Worship Service in Tamil and English and the Fellowship gathers weekly at Bellerose New York. 

The Church is named 'Kingdom of God' ( Devanudaya Rajiyam in Tamil) with its roots tracing back to Chennai, India where the Church Founder ministered to hundreds (coming mostly from less privileged, social outcast society) and dedicated his life and his own home towards building a beautiful church of the same name. This church in India was not only a place of worship but the revered beloved Founder (Late) Mr.Raja Shakespeare served the neighbouring society leading them to Jesus by ministering according to the verse-Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.[1 John 4:20]
